Announcement: Due to the continuing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the organizing committee decides to have the WSCE 2022 conference in hybrid, considering the safety and well-being of participants, following the governments' defense policies.
It suggests that authors from non-visa free countries to attend the conference online as there is a complicated and long processes to apply visa and ERFS cannot be provided for government control. Your understanding will be highly appreciated.
We will work hard to provide a high quality alternative that allows the exchange of community's latest research and ideas.

Due to the continuing impact and future unpredictability of the COVID-19 pandemic, WSCE 2021 is moving to a virtual event and postpone the conference date to Nov. 25-28. This was a difficult decision, but the safety and well-being of our participants is our utmost priority. While we understand that a virtual event cannot replicate the experience of a physical meeting, we will work hard to provide a high quality alternative that allows the exchange of community's latest research and ideas.

The award was announced by The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, the representative of the Australian monarch, Queen Elizabeth II on June 10th 2019 during the Queen’s Birthday Celebrations. Adrian David Cheok is awarded the prize for his contribution to international education.
