FULL PAPER submissions are from 4 to 10 pages, and the accepted paper is to be published.聽

Presentation Only (Abstract)
If you just want to make presentation without paper publication, then you can only submit an abstract. The abstracts are 350 words or less.

English is the official language of the conference;
the paper should be written and presented only in English.

Manuscripts should be at least 4 full pages and at most 10 pages. One registration covers 5 pages including tables, figures and references, and additional pages will be charged.

Prospective authors are invited to submit original, high quality papers which is not submitted and published elsewhere.

The reviewing process of the WSCE conference aims to provide authors with constructive feedback on their papers, even when a submission is rejected. All submissions will be subjected to double-blind peer reviews, who are expert or have been experiencing in the related field for years. The accepted papers must be revised, taking into consideration the referees' comments and suggestions, before inclusion in the conference proceedings.
