About the Conference


The conference is co-sponsored by OPSS China and IEEE, technical co-sponsored by Nagoya University, Nagoya Institute of Technology, and Nagoya University Information Technology Center, IEEE ITSS (Intelligent Transportation Systems Society) Nagoya Chapter, IPSJ (Information Processing Society of Japan) Tokai Branch, non-sponsor supported by IEEE Nagoya Section and IEEE Japan Council. WSCE is intended to serve as a forum for the communication engineering community to collaborate on topics ranging from network, wireless, and system, to create new and innovative technologies.

Enjoy the Conference

The conference started with the welcome address by Prof. Tutomu Murase from Nagoya University, Japan and opening remarks by Prof. Yutaka Ishibashi from Nagoya Institute of Technology, Japan. Then with great pleasure, chairmen invited the following distinguished three Keynote Speakers and two Invite Speakers to deliver their speeches: Prof. Masaaki Katayama, Nagoya University, Japan; Prof. Abbas Jamalipour, The University of Sydney, Australia; Prof. Naoki Wakamiya, Osaka University, Japan; Prof. Sotirios K. Goudos, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece; Prof. Alexander Carballo, Nagoya University, Japan.
