About the Conference
For COVID-19 epidemic spreading, The 4th World Symposium on Communication Engineering (WSCE 2020) was held online during Oct.09-11, 2020. It's co-sponsored by OPSS China, and IEEE, Organized by University of Macedonia, technical supported by Nagoya Institute of Technology etc.

After that, five parallel sessions were held

every session, one best oral presenter was
selected by session chair evaluated from:
originality; applicability; technical Merit;
qualities of PPT; English. They were awarded
the certificate after the finish of
sessions. They are:
